1998 Season
Started the season in the novice class, but also entered 600 and
unlimited class events. Entered meetings mainly at Mallory Park but also at
Darley Moor and Wroughton. Had a mixed season, with some good results, the best
of which was a 3rd place at Mallory Park and the first trophy.
A crash at Mallory Park at the hairpin, resulted in several broken ribs, but
little damage to the bike.
A good start to my first season in road racing, with lap times and positions
continually improving.
